A fine tip gel pen with black ink, in an assortment of cat tail barrel colors.
From BCmini. Gel ink sits between the two familiar options: the permanence of an oil-based ballpoint and the smooth glide of a water-based pen, with pigment suspended in a water-based gel. It is thick and opaque, so it shows up on dark and slick surfaces where ballpoint and felt tip struggle.
The fine tip fits more writing onto a page or a card and keeps letterforms consistent, and because it lays down less ink than a broad nib it dries quickly and resists smudging.
